Are you brushing your teeth wrong?
Everyone knows the importance of brushing their teeth. So why isn’t anyone doing it right? Boatloads of evidence point to one simple idea: what dentists and hygienists want people to do and what they actually do is completely different.
- We are supposed to brush for a full 2 minutes but most people brush for just 45 seconds.
