These Drinks Will Desolve Your Teeth

When I say these drinks will dissolve your teeth, what I’m referring to is your enamel.

Now, if you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know enamel is the thin outer layer of your tooth.

Basically, enamel is the shell that protects your teeth from rotting.

It’s also the hardest tissue in the human body.

Even harder than bone.

So what drinks can dissolve your enamel, and…give you cavities?

If you guessed acidic drinks, then you would be right!

Acidic drinks are terrible for our teeth.

And when I say acidic, what I’m referring to are drinks that have a pH less than seven.

Things like…

Lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and soda being the worst.

Carbonated waters, tea, and coffee are slightly better but still acidic enough to break down the minerals in your teeth that protect you from getting cavities.

A lot depends on how long your teeth are exposed to these acids.

Are you drinking one cup per day? Or multiple cups spread out throughout the entire day?

The more you consume, the worse off your teeth will be.

Even if you practice good oral hygiene habits, you can still develop cavities when you consume too many acidic drinks.

There’s one more variable to consider when determining whether you’re unintentionally dissolving your enamel…

That has the potential to set you up for a future of cavities…

Perhaps gum disease, too…

And is at the root cause of enamel loss.

It’s something we all have, and…

Depending on how well we take care of “this”, it will either help us prevent tooth decay, or speed up tooth rot.

If you’d like to know what it is, reply to this email with a simple, “YES!”

Then, stay tuned, because on Thursday I’ll not only reveal what it is, but I’ll also share how you can ensure you keep your teeth from rotting.
